What can be returned

Unopened items in their original packaging. Sealed cosmetics usually cannot be returned once opened.

How to return something

1. Message us at minirueshop@gmail.com or via direct messaging or via our social medias with your order number. 2. We reply with how to send it back. 3. Once it reaches us we refund you back on same orignal payment method.

Damaged or wrong item

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, message us with a photo and we fix it at our cost.
